Help me I’m falling: Coaching for New Teachers
New teachers need help that administrator’s don’t often have time to give. Why not hire someone to coach you through the most important time of the year. The first weeks of school! Many new teachers walk in on the first day uncertain about how theory will meet practice in the classroom. By the end of the first week some have already determined that they are not managing discipline in the classroom and are not cut out for this profession. Most are also looking for the balance of implementing the curriculum while maintaining order in the classroom. Don’t give up! You just mind need a consultant to help get you back on track.
